My husband has applied for a Temporary Work Permit via an Intra-Company transfer within the specialized knowledge category. (i.e. Exempt from LMO.) We just got confirmation that our Medicals arrived in Nairobi from Johannesburg on 24 November, he is supposed to start work on 4 January 2011 - any chance we going to make it? How long does the Nairobi process take?
