How long does it take to reschedule a refugee hearing date ?

Hi there,

Five months ago i checked in at the refugee board in Toronto and after i entered the court room;i was told that there is no member available and we will contact you for farther information .

It has been five months and no respond yet however i have waited for my first uncompleted hearing ten months .
