how long does it take to get PPR after getting initial assessment..

Hello all friends,
finally some update to my application but not yet received the PPR..

yesterday I received the letter and saying that :

Buffalo has completed the initial assessment of our application, and expect to finalize the application without a personal interview.
and no additional documents are required at this time.
we have already paid the RPRF..

anyone can tell me, what is the meaning of this notification? as I see some people will immediately get the PPR after medical check..


my timeline
got PNP certificate - end Feb
AOR /file nbr /medical request from BUffalo - June 23

Medical done - July 8

i think Buffalo sent the same letters at one batch at the same time.. how about you?

buffalo transfered my file to detroit,and i already send my RPRF last week ..i heared they process faster than the other visa offices..
