How long does it take to get ITA after getting sufficient score

I have got CRS score of 423 in last cut off of 26 May 2017. I have not got ITA till 6the June. When will I get it? How much time does it take after getting sufficient crs score?

If you have registered for job Bank .. you should get it in next draw

Have not received any communication regarding Job bank. My application was submitted and approved around 25th may 2017. Is it normal to have not received any communication regarding this? What is the process kindly let me know.
