How long does it take to get an invitation?

We applied for an express entry visas in March, 2021. Got a message in September, 2021 saying we meet the requirements. But no invitation, yet. How long does it take to get an invitation during COVID?

For what stream. EE-FSW hasn’t had a draw since 2020. When draws ever resume, CRS scores will be very high - over 480.

Your score is low and your NOC really isn't in demand. Does your spouse work? What is their NOC?

You're not going to get an invitation through FSW / Express Entry.

Do you have any family members who are living in any province? If so, which one?

PNP is unlikely unless you can get a job offer in that province. Do you have a PhD? Then you could possibly could get position as a post doc fellow at a university, which is LMIA exempt. Family in any provinces?

If you have a PhD, then apply to universities for post doc fellowships or full-time positions. For fellowships, you don’t require a LMIA (employer proves no Canadian can do the job) but you must apply for closed work permit. For professors, you would need LMIA.
