How long does it take for the Ontario PNP to cash the bank draft I sent them

I applied PNP Ontario about 3 weeks ago, but I found out today that my bank draft is still not cashed, and I haven't received any response from the PNP yet. Can anyone tell me how long it takes for them to cash out my $1500 bank draft?

I applied under PNP master without a job offer stream, I just went to the bank and asked them.

OHK...I think they take 4 weeks to send you confirmation of you application..i just applied yesterday,,,,but my my prescreening application took 4 weeks to receive confirmation.
