How long does EE-PNP category take?

HI all,
I just submitted my EE application under EE-PNP category. I have been nominated by SINP-EE.
Do you know how long does it take for EE-PNP application to process? Please share.
I want to know because I also have a work permit extension application. I can cancel it if EE-PNP is fast.
