K applied for TRV in a Canadian Embassy in 2002. The VO said that K has submitted a fake document in order to get a visa, how long will this data be kept? Can K apply now after 10 years and reference will not be made of 2002?
I must add that K after the 2002 episode has visited UK 10 times, Germany 5 times, and US 5 times and currently has 5 year valid visas for all these countries.
Perhaps "K" can apply for CAIPS notes and see what is on record. The application form asks if a visa has ever been denied and for what reason. Answer honestly, provide cover letter of explanation if you require more space.
