hi , does anybody know where can i get the information about how long do i have to sTay in saskatchewan after PR. I have been living in canada since 2005, i came in canada as an international student and i have completed my bachelor from business. after my graduation, i moved in saskatchewan because i got a job here. i have got my PR under PNP STUDENT CATEGORY. now i have got a better position in my company which is ontario. i have heard that i can not move from saskatchewan , we are really confused and seems like we are loosing the opportunity and also i am planning to do my MBA. IS THERE ANYBODY GUIDE ME REGARDING THIS INFORMATION

As a PR you are legally allowed to live anywhere in Canada. The only reason there is a lot of fuss going on about moving is because lot of people are moving to a province getting PR through PNP and moving somewhere else. Some members on this forum have also been asked to provide proof that they are still living in the same province. But, as I mentioned earlier it is up to you where you want to settle.

You have a valid reason to move as well, got a better job opportunity.

As, long as CIC didn't put any conditions on ur PR which I am sure they didn't, you don't need to contact them. Just to be on the safe side maybe you can consult a lawyer/immigration consultant OR wait for someone else to post here who had a similar experience. Best of luck!
