How long did you wait for PGWP - WP-EXT document?

Hi,

I recently applied for a PGWP through the IRCC portal. I was expecting that the applied work permit status document would be received in a week, and the final decision can take time. But it has been over a month now and I haven't received my 3rd mail, i.e. WP-EXT (this document contains information about applied status and mention no time limit on work).
Any idea on how long it can take, ?
