How long did it take for address change to be reflected in ECAS?

Hi All,

I changed my address on ECAS online about 2 months ago and I called twice CIC to get my address changed. However, the ECAS still shows my previous address. CIC agents told me they have my new address on their system and they do not know why ECAS shows old address.

In your experience, how long did it take for the ECAS to update your new address?

mine changed the week after the date that I requested. I think you would better to call them and ask them to fix it

I called twice and they said I shouldn't worry because on their system it shows my new address.

I submitted an address change online then after a while I noticed they updated it wrong on ecas. so it seems it is a manual process behind the scenes. Then I called them and then they corrected it manually. best way is just to call them

Called CIC just now and I was told they have old and new system and that my new address is in the new system and I can see the old system. But they will fix the address change by tomorrow.
