How long can I visit Canada?

Hi,

If I apply for a TRV and mention I would be wanting to stay for a month in Canada. Would I get the possibility to stay up to 6 months in Canada if I change my mind during the trip or will I be set a date to leave when I enter the country?

When you enter CBSA will let you know how long you can stay. If they don’t stamp your passport with a date, you can stay up to 6 months.
