Thank you so much, our visa expires jan 2016 and we should by March 2015 to be safe...hope everybody's problems with the visas are solved

How about those who are already in Canada? Lets say my working permit is going to expire in September this year? Am I going to be affected?

It depends on how much your employer is paying. If you are paid below median pay, then two years. Otherwise, even I am not sure. I think high skilled people don't have any limit until employer as a genuine reason in lmiA.

It is still valid as i read on the other thread. The LMIA will be for new applications

Otherwise I have a question.

What If I applied for ainp recently. Regarding to new chnges I might get (hopefully) my nomination in march-july 2015. But my work permit expires in february 2015. If I wont be allowed to extend my work permit due to these "fabulouse" new changes, is there any chance to stay in Canada and wait till i get nomintion? Or there is no sense to be nominated if you are not working anymore..? :-X
