How long after RPRF Request do they request your Passport?

Hello,

I was asked to pay the RPRF on May 27 2013 and I paid RPRF fee same day (i.e 27th May 2013) .
I also email the payment receipt to CPPO-Cost Recovery.
My querry when I shall be asked for passport request?

My timeline is as follows:
Application received by Sydney on Dec 31 ,2013
Medicals requested Feb 14 ,2013
Request for RPRF : May 27 ,2013

I sent in My RPRF payment at the end of April, not heard anything yet

i sent my rprf, personal history and PCC on 26th march and got PPR on 30th may..cheers!!

I have question like:-
Do i need to fill form imm5669 again, and attach it with email?
Or i can make an excel sheet of personal history and attach it with
Email?
Or i can just write them in an email about last year of personal history?
PLS GUIDE ME FRND..WHT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO SEND THEM
UPDATED PERSONAL HISTORY SINCE MAY 2012...??????

Just make a table on xcel sheet.. Thats what i did and got ppr in 2 months after sending these docs.. Cheers!!
