can you guide me if I have NOC experience in 0714 category between 2007 till 2015 but the Bachelors degree required for the NOC was issued to me in 2015.
although my MBA was started back in 2007 and only last semester was left for completion before I had to fly out to foreign country where I continued my Job experience in same NOC ID. to get my degree I flew back to my home country and completed my MBA last semester to get my degree which has the date of completion 2015.
my question is to check if I am still eligible to apply in Saskatchewan PNP for relevant NOC ID a since 2015 I am job less and want my previous experience to count towards the requirement of at least 1 year in last 10 years.
