How is our visa office in Canada determined?

Hi,

I ticked several provinces that could interest me in my EE application form. But now I'm wondering, how is our visa office in Canada determined? Do they at least ask for a ranking of our preferred destination? Or is there a chance I end up in let's say.. Nunavut, just because I ticked that province?

Your choice of provinces (as interest) has no effect where your application is processed.
Files are distributed from the CIO to processing visa offices based on a number of factors which are not well known outside of CIC: workload distribution, local knowledge (this is why some FSW applications are sent to visa offices abroad), etc. So no, you won't be processed in Nunavut just because you ticked that province.
