How Immigration Office Determine Relevancy of Experience

Like Australian immigration office, do Canadian office has some third party agency to validate that our experience really lie in a particular category?

For example, what if an electronics engineer apply in a less competent category of technician? If there any check ?

Unlike Australia, CIC does not have a 3rd party check. They will go by the reference letters you provide and if any doubts they will call your employer to verify the information. On another thread several folks have reported that their employers have received calls from local visa office asking details about the employment followed by emails to the reference for validating and providing additional information.

They are not worried about your education matching with the job - as long as you have the basic qualification for the job as per NOC description - they are ok. Hope this helps.
