If I want to know my application processing time under SINP it is showing under Express Entry timing. But my Application has been submitted for permanent residence on May 27, 2013 in Singapore. Still I am waiting for a news...
I also started my application in 2014 January ,and my SINP approval from CIC Canada for PR came in 2016 February.no idea why it takes so long to processing.anyway waiting for the PR VISA INTERVIEW/APPOINTMENT DATE. Hope everything would be ok soon.
