How I can update my address

Hi my application is now IP
I went to Cic status page then updated my address, but still it is showing old address.

So what I have to do now , wait to update or use again webform to let them know or call Cic

Please note I updated on October 7 2019.

Assume you mean here: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/viewcasestatus.do ?

Believe they said it takes up to two weeks - that being yesterday. If memory serves, mine took close to that. Note that when it happens it just goes to showing one (home) address and the other vanishes.

I'd give them a call if you can, or if you can't get through/haven't the time to keep trying use the web form if it's still not updated later on this week.

More then two weeks gone still no update at Ecas

So my question what should I do now , my exam is next week , still showing old address

Should I send webform message

Please advise
