How I can return my expired passport from travel document office (Gatineau)

Hi all,

I am a refugee and when I got my decision I applied for travel document. And when I got my PR they gave National passport.
In 2020, I applied again for new travel document because the first one already expired.
They ask me to send them the old travel document and my National passport because it was not expired that time, and they gave this email (ircc.cnnationalpassport-passeportnationalrc.ircc@cic.gc.ca) to ask for return after they expired.
Now I applied for citizenship and I know they will ask for photo copies of all my passports pages ( this is a new process for all citizenship application)
I have sent them 4 emails since June 20,21, and no responses.
Anyone have got his passport back from them?

I have the Exact same station and I mailed them two weeks ago. I thought, I'll have a response from them shortly but nothing yet.
If you know what's the best thing to do in this situation please share it with us.. I'm applying for my citizenship on January and I have no idea what to do for the passports copy pages.

It almost 6 months since I emailed them, no response and I have sent 3 following emails.
One of my friend told me just explain your situation when they ask you for passport copies, please let me know in the future if you find other way.
