I applied for study permit extension on 24 september 2019 and 2 days ago IRCC agent told me your file is selected for quality assurance so,It can take upto April 2020 for final decision . She told me to write a letter to CPC Edmonton( I did that ) , so it means IRCC transferred my file to local office ? but I did not received any letter or online notification on useless gckey account about this transfer, why ? because usually people got letter when their cases transferred to local office. And I want order GCMS or CAIPS notes pls help me how I can do this and what documents I needed for this?
