How high is my risk of reject a visitor visa when I applied for skill worker

Hi All,
I am planning to go Canada with my wife to attend a seminar for a 1 week stay.It seems that we will meet all the required document as we both work in Malaysia.My only concern is to be rejected because I have already a profile opened for Immigration as a skilled worker.Any one can help me?

As long as you have all the seminar information in order I see no problem on getting a TRV.
