How harsh are they when assessing common law evidence?

Hello,

My partner and I are putting together proof that we want to submit to prove our common law relationship.

She lives with me but the apartment is on my folk's name, she never officially changed her address because... well, she never had a reason to, we pay our bills jointly although officially bills come on my father's name, I pay them via card and she gives me half (either via transfer or cash).

Nor either of us have the other on the insurance because both of us have private insurance from the employer. It wouldn't make sense.

All I could figure to provide is:
  1. statutory declaration of common law;
  2. photos of us all the way from 2017 until now;
  3. a letter from the building manager saying we've been living together since [...] date and paying bills jointly
And that's about it...

From what I've read online, others seem to have a waaaay more extensive list.. What can I add here? Has anyone been declined due to lack of proof? Is my case (somewhat) solid?

Thank you!
