We're both 16
She lives in iran, I live in Canada
I have a canadian citizenship & have lived here for 10 years, I lived in Iran from age 0-6.
My family & her family is very wealthy
her family got denied immigration to Canada last year
I have no criminal record
I really like this girl so I was wondering what are the chances I can bring her to canada once I marry her?
thanks

You must be at least 18 years old to qualify to be a sponsor.

You must be 18 years to sponsor and you also need to get married or live together for a year.

I think you have a couple years to wait

I know you are still young, but one thing that concerns me is that her parents tried to immigrate here but were denied. And now, out of all the men in the world, your g/f happens to be with you, a person living in a country that her parents tried to immigrate to previously.

Would you mind sharing the reasons they were denied coming here? You need to pay close attention to this and hope that she's not using you as a gateway for her parents to come here. You're still young, so maybe it's not totally obvious to you now, but I just want to tell you to just be mindful of this.

Yes and also, you cannot sponsor until you are 18. Even when you are 18, your chances might be a bit on the low side, given CIC will know her parents were denied here, so that will be viewed as a red flag. Iran and Canada have very tense relations, so I don't know if that will affect you negatively or not. The most important thing is proof of relationship, marriage, photos, and how you can prove genuineness of your relationship.

As other members said that you still have 2 more year's to go but I would recommend you to keep all your phone bills, email's chat history photo's to keep them as a proof so you can proof it to CIC that it's a genuine relationship but as far as the for the girl's family that was denied to come to Canada, I don't think that will apply to her daughter cause she was under age but still it will be a good idea to take some advice from a lawyer. As the other member said that she might use you as a gateway to sponsor her parents how is that gonna work if they were already denied and if she or her parent's is smart enough they would know that's not gonna work for sure.
