How frequently the E-Case status changes?

can any answer that when the status of Ecase changes. As my documents has been reached to the visa office but the ECase status is the same " CIO reveiw complete? means the visa office has not yet changed the status to " documents recieved"

Updates on ECAS are usually done weekly but from various postings on this Forum it is understood that updates are not done sometimes by certain visa offices. May be due to heavy workload.
