How fast/slow is visa office manila?

My wifes application was transferred from cpc-mississauga to manila a few days ago. Can anyone shed some light on how long things might take? The application was received in Nov last year, got application number late january i think. Medical passed early february. Addition documents were requested april 2. Notice of transfer was yesterday.

hi. we applied for spousal also. immigration received our application october 2018. started processing feb2019. then they emailed me by march that i need to pass more document to justify the relationship of me and my partner. on april 16 they sent instructions for medical. then may 5 medical results received. i hope everything will go smoothly
