How experience is counted for Express Entry

Hi Guys,

I want to know how experience points are given for Express Entry.

My experience is something like this
age 26 yr
degree: BTech


1) A company - 9 months - IT
2) B Company- 1 yr 9 months - IT
3) C company- 1 yr- IT

the whole experience will be calculated as 3 yr and more or just 2 years where I completed 1 complete year.

For FSW Eligibility, if the NOC is same for all the jobs, then 3 years. For CRS irrespective of the NOC being same, 3 years.
