Come July 10 2012, I will have 35 months of relevant work experience in a managerial capacity, agonizingly short of the 36 months (3 years) of work experience that would push me to 68 points. However, if you look at my work experience from a month-to-month basis (as opposed to the exact dates), I will have 36 months (since July 2012 will be counted as a full month). I cannot work beyond July 2012 for personal reasons, so that's the constraint I have.
My question is this: What did you all state when referring to your work experience? How specific did you get regarding the dates? Would month-to-month suffice, or did you specify the *exact* dates of employment at each company?
