How does the points system work with the new FSW program

Hey all,

My wife and I are planning to move to Canada. As a native English speaker with a Masters degree and 8 years of full-time work experience my wife (the principal applicant) looks like a good candidate on paper at least.

It's not clear how the selection process works. Is it first-in-first-served, or is there some initial ranking with the points system?

Note that you will still have to take IELTS even thought you are a native English speaker.
