How does the MPNP verify documents submitted?

Hi to all fellow MPNP applicants!

Just want to know if you have any idea on how the MPNP conducts verification of information or documents submitted to them. For example, do you have any personal experience wherein you were informed by your employer that an MPNP program officer called up and conducted an interview/ verification with them?

based on my experience, once the online status changed from received to assessment pending then that's the time that they will call your sponsor.

I tried searching the manitoba website and found this detailed info on how they assessed an applicant.
