How does post grad credit affect your PGWP ?

Hi,

I heard that you need to achieve 45 credits per academic year to be eligible for PGWP. Is that correct ?

I am currently looking at a program of 24 credits for my second year. Will this affect my 3 year of PGWP when I apply ?
