How does PMM distinguish poster's original text from his answers?

PMM uses a very efficient way to answer multiple-question posts. He puts the original text in blue, within a frame, then his answers below the frame in normal text.

How to do it?

Instead of clicking "reply" at the bottom of the post, click "quote" at the top of the post. Then you will automatically get the commands and text in your reply window and you can write your reply at the bottom of that.
