I work as a Technical Support Analyst in the UK and am preparing my PR application. I also have a job offer (NOC B 2282) from an employer in Ontario so I want to apply for a work permit also.
To apply for the work permit I need a copy of the job offer and a copy of the LMIA. The problem I am facing is that the employer is really confused as to how they apply for the LMIA. Is there a comprehensive list somewhere of the forms/evidence they need in order to submit an LMIA?
