Seeking some information for a friend who has been a Heavy Duty Equipment Operator for 24 years and has 2 years of experience in crane operations. He also has certification in these. wants to know how he goes about getting a work permit in order to do the same type of work in Canada. Does he submit his certificates to Ontario College of Trade for them to assess it and are they the organization that issues the permit? Additionally, is he required to submit his certificates to WES for evaluation?
