You must be abroad to apply for a PRTD. Do you currently meet your RO so you’ve been in Canada for over 730 days in the past 5 years from the date you apply and will continue to meet your RO during the application process? Every country has a different policy about yoyr submit your passport for stamping but the procedure for sub,it ing your passport will be the same as anyone getting any type of visa, permit or COPR.
