How do you determine your Off Campus 20 hour work week?

First day of Fall 2017 classes:September 7th
Days worked in New job: September 9th(Saturday) and September 10th (Sunday)
Total Hours worked:15 hours
Next Shift: September 14th(Thursday)

Will I be breaching my study permit if I was to work 6 hours or Thursday.Is my 20 hour limit for off campus work permit the Canadian work week which is Sunday-Saturday or the day I resume work which will be Saturday-Friday?

It is the standard work week of Sunday to Saturday.
