The address is provided in the Sponsor Guide. I don't know if your process is different from mine, but the guide instructed me to send to:

Sponsorship: (Type of sponsorship*)
Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

*Indicate whether this is a spousal, common-law, conjugal or dependent children sponsorship.

1. This is the Mail address, the OP asked for the courier address.

Yes, I'm sending via courier tomorrow evening. I think I'll do like mmacedo said for the first line, addressing it:

Sponsorship: Spousal
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Has anyone else addressed their box/envelope this way?

you can use either address....one is no better than the other.....one does not get processed faster than the other.....

Quick question:

is the following correct?

If we're mailing the package using regular mail (such as Canada Post), then we send to the PO Box address.

Otherwise, if we use Xpress Post, Fedex, UPS, DHL, or Purolator, then we send to the Robert Speck address?

I sent ours Xpress post to the PO box address, and it was signed for, no problem.

I did send mine in that manner using Priority mail.

I know, but I NEED a signature/proof of delivery and I don't think you get one if you send to the PO box. Perhaps I'm wrong but I can't afford to take the chance.

Courier address (no public drop-offs) <-------------- you might not want to send it to this address

I think that "no public drop offs" means that you just can't bring it in yourself and drop it off. That address is for couriers such as UPS, FedEx, etc. that require a signature upon delivery.

Correct. PO Box address can be used by any postal system (USPS, Canada Post); for any courier (UPS, FedEx, etc) you need to use the Robert Speck address.

I think you're mailing it from within Canada, but if not - cross border mailings with USPS/Canada Post can go 'dark' for a while on tracking.

If you send it via courier - eg FedEx - you can print out the tracking info showing you mailed it and progress (even if for some reason it gets delayed you can show you mailed it before your weekend visit back to the border).

What about XpressPost? Should it be mailed to the Robert Speck address??
