Any thought?

This Express Entry is cic all singing all dancing new immigration system. It's marketed to win elections and support of Canadian voters. There is no way in this world that they will except any responsibility for technical issues or any mistake by a VO. They paraded 3 new residents a thew weeks ago to promote how good it was, will they parade 3 rejected applicants, who application is rejected because of a systems error? As sure as I have a hole in my ass, that will never happen old boy.

You have a valid point, but in a increasingly unstable economy, would any government leader side with the story of a TFW, and risk alienating out of work Canadians? Canadians who CAN vote?

Unfortunately we have no rights here. whether we're tfw or applying from outside Canada, there is no law that protects us. CIC has a well known history of changing, closing, replacing programs... never any explanation. They have it all nicely written in the small letters, they have disclaimers, but we don't read them often. we just read what we need to know in that moment. They have the right to close the EE now if they want, even refuse all the applications that have already been submitted. We can only hope that whoever is a tfw will still have a job tomorrow, and won't lose the application, and the guys who're applying from abroad, now have a small advantage as they have less documents to check and they don't fear in losing the job and therefore losing the submitted application. We're all just hoping to get the PR.
We have to understand and accept that we have to 'dance as they play'. There is nothing we can do.
Canadians will never stand behind the wannabe immigrant, the media is scaring them good enough with employers choosing tfw over them.

Make enquiries, get answers. Aldo highlight issues in parliment therefore getting chris alexander to takenotkce and make his own enquiries
