Hi,
I am PR of Canada since June 2011, and moving in and out Canada by airplane several times. Now I am outside Canada and when I will arrive next time (July 2014) I will exceed the three years period of residency, although I stayed totally about six month intermittently in Canada.
My question is, How will the POE officer calculate and verify the six month that I stayed in Canada when I arrive at the airport make a decision and allow me to enter Canada safely and (count the six months toward my two years out of five years)?
Will he look at passport stamps for other countries visited or tickets or certain bills or they check through computers? or how exactly? I want to convince the Officer at POE in case he have any doubt or incomplete information that I have lived six months to meet the residence requirement.
Thanks
