When students complete a 2 year program and apply for a PGWP, I've heard that they can either get a 2 year work permit or a 3 year work permit. But the reasoning behind this is phrased in an unclear way.
It's written as " If you complete a 2 year program, you'll get a 2 year work permit or even a 3 year work permit. ".
So I'm just wondering what separates the two? Are there any additional things that you have to do to be considered for a 3 year work permit as opposed to just a 2 year permit?
