Upload it to other site such as image shack and copy and paste the image to here.

Use http://imgur.com/ or a similar website for posting pictures and paste a link to your rejection thread. Since you only have 4 posts you will not be able to post links, so don't use "dots" but "spaces" - example (imgur com).

Why do you want to mess around with pictures?

Your rejection letter would have either been a PDF or an email.

Just copy and paste the text to your thread (and obviously remove any identifying information in the process).
