How do I type in my nickname in the form imm0008?

I have a one word nickname (fahim) that I want to mention in the application. However, when I click YES to having a nickname, it asks me to provide it in a "Family name - Given Name" format.

How should I go about typing in my one word nickname there then? Just type Fahim in both boxes?

I will use the format Fahim Khan. Even though my nickname isn't there to be tied to a last name.
