How do I Sponser 10 year Nephew ?

I just have received my Permanent Residence status in Canada and I live in Saskatchewan. I have my 10 year old Nephew in India. His Parents are also in India. Can someone please advise, Is there anyway I can sponser my Nephew here in Canada ? Is there anyway he can continue his study in Canada ?

Are there any options ??

Unfortunately you can't sponsor him.

If you want him to come to Canada to study, he will need to apply for a study permit as a foreign student (there is no guarantee of approval). Since he's a foreign student, he will have to pay tuition to attend school. Expect this to cost around $12K to $13K per year.

He can be sponsor under humanity case if one of his parent die or they divorce and the other cant take care of him. If you want him to come, why dont sponsor his parents under pnp program

Thanks buddy, He is in Grad 4 in his home country India right now, Can he come to Canada as foreign student at the age of 10 ? I am not worried about cost right now. Just working on Options to bring him here.

You can do both at the same times. Bring him here as a student first, then sponsor his parents here. Check saskaschewan pnp program or manitoba pnp program. I heard manitoba is easier.

I am more interested in this as I can bring him quicker as a student.

I mean, Interview, English scores, Fund requirement etc.
