how do i send email enquiry of my status & which address

i m frm india plz tell to whoom i send my status email enquiry
& if want to send it frm canada then in which address

You can log on to ECAS and from there go to "Contact us" - which will guide you to your visa office site. From there you can send message to CIC asking for status - which is called " Case Specific Enquiry". You can communicate with CIC from any country through this method.
