How to do it When I request it via ACCESS TO PRIVACY

OR ACCESS TO INFORMATION

BLANK BOX COMES

This is the link https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do hit the "NEXT" button, then click on having understood stuff and hit continue, i think, and then you get a page to fill in all your info and to select which dept you need info from, here you choose "CBSA"
... then just follow instructions... regardless of whether you choose by email or paper, they send you a hardcopy in about 30 days time.
