How do I mention lower degrees in EE profile for which ECA is not done

Hey guys
I did my masters from Canada so I heard for undergraduate foreign degree, I dont need WES (ECA) done.

I just wanted to know, should I mention lower degrees in EE profile and say that 'NO' ECA has been done or not mention lower degrees at all?

Wait until you have gotten ITA then you can put them under personal history activities
