How do I know?

Hi,
I sent full documents to London Visa Office one week ago, and the 120 days finish today.
And according to the post tracking they received the documents in 12 - 02 - 2011
is there another way, other than the post tracking, to know that they received the document.
I just want to be sure that they really received the documents before the ending of 120 days.

No. There is no other way. I suggest you don't worry. Meanwhile, i suggest you respond to the same email that request you to send the documents in the first place, and ask them to acknowledge the receipt while mentioning that it's been sent on 12/2.
