How do I increase my CRS score

I recently created my profile on the Express Entry System but my score is low. Right now it's 390 but I want to get the Written section of my IELTS remarked. If it gets to a 7, my score would be bumped to 435 but that's still low. I used WES to assess my degree but I heard IQAS assess Law degrees as professional degrees which would increase my score.
My question now is, should I use IQAS to assess my degree to help my score, or should I apply for a job in Canada (which is difficult for a foreigner outside the country) or bank on PNP so I can get an ITA?

I would recommend the following :
1. Max out your IELTS, that is to get the highest possible IELTS.
2. Research whether other agencies recognise your bachelor degree as a law degree because IQAS processing time is around 6 months, which is quite a lot.
3. You can always bank upon a PNP, irrespective of the above two, go ahead in applying for PNP, however, if you are able to maximise your points by getting a higher band and a professional ECA, that would be preferable over getting a PNP.
