You first need to find a full time job in Canada from a Canadian employer. There are no jobs on this forum. To find a job, you need to apply through reputable job sites such as indeed and linkedin. Once you have a full time job offer, the employer then needs to obtain an approved LMIA. Once the LMIA has been approved, you can then apply for a work permit. It's a long and difficult process - generally speaking it's very difficult to find an employer who is willing to do an LMIA. Good luck.
