I follow the instructions given in the website ( see below), but I can not see the 'my receipts' place/option anywhere when I am log into my account.

- Create a new account or log inwith our payment service.
- This is not the same account you used to apply.
- After you create a new account, you have to log in to access the portal.
- Enter your receipt number in the search box under “My receipts”.
- Select “Request a refund”.
